The existing VS building was completed in 2003 and is designed by the architectural firm JKH. The relatively young Philips office building is now being transformed into a residential building. Joost van den Brand, a Dutch architect at Pauwert Architectuur, made the design for this transformation while maintaining many characteristic elements such as the warm natural stone facades and the green environment in the courtyard. The combination of high-quality architecture and the abundance of greenery ensure a pleasant and healthy living environment.
